Admission & Financial Aid Deadlines

While Ozarks has a great deal of flexibility in our admission, scholarship, and financial aid application processes, we recommend submission of the applications for admission and financial aid at the earliest opportunity.

Admission Deadlines

University of the Ozarks reviews applications for admission on a rolling basis. When all required documents have been received, your application will be reviewed and an admission counselor will contact you with additional details.

Applications for fall term will be considered until August 15, or when the new student class has filled.

Priority deadline for fall semester:  February 1

Priority deadline for spring semester:  December 15

Scholarship Deadlines

Most scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis following admission to the University. In some cases specific deadlines apply to scholarship consideration. To be sure to receive best consideration for academic scholarships, and to be considered for the full tuition Hurie Scholarship competition, be sure to submit your application for admission no later than January 10.

Financial Aid Deadlines

Priority deadline for Federal financial aid:  February 15

Priority deadline for University financial aid:  March 1

Every person who applies for financial aid must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  Information about FAFSA deadlines is available online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov.
