Admission Requirements
The university has certain requirements you must meet to qualify for admission. Choose the link below that best describes your status:
- First Time Freshmen - A person who has never attended college.
- Transfer Freshman - A person who has earned fewer than 30 hours of college credit.
- College Transfers - A person who has earned more than 30 hours of college credit.
- International Student - A person who is not a U.S. citizen and who does not have resident alien status
If you're afraid that you might not qualify for admission because of your past academic performance, you may still be eligible for conditional admission.
If you just want to take classes at Ozarks and you aren't pursuing a degree, you can apply for admission as a "special student." There are no specific admissions requirements, but if you later decide to begin work on your degree, you must follow the regular admissions process, and you'll be subject to the requirements listed above.
