Conditional Admission
If you don't meet the minimum standards for admission to Ozarks, you may still be eligible for admission as a "conditional admit."
Students who are conditionally admitted will have two advisors -- one will be a faculty advisor, and the other will be the Director of Student Support Services. These advisers will work with the student to bring his or her skill level up. They may enroll that student in developmental courses, limit the number of hours that can be taken, set specific grade point requirements, and require that the student make use of the services offered by Student Support Services.
At the end of the first semester, students who are conditionally admitted will be evaluated by the Director of Student Support Services. This evaluation will determine if there should be any changes to that student's enrollment or admission status.
