Transfer Freshmen
If you have previously attended another college or university and have earned fewer than 30 semester credit hours, you are considered to be a "transfer freshman" under our admissions process.
Your admissions requirements will be the same as those for first time students, with one addition: you'll need to submit official transcript(s) of all college work attempted. Your application for admission will be evaluated based on your performance in both high school and college.
If you've earned more than 30 hours of college credit, see our requirements for college transfers
Good Standing
Regardless of the number of credit hours you've earned, you may be denied admission to Ozarks if you did not leave your previous institution in good standing. You must list all colleges or universities you've attended, regardless of whether you earned credit or not. Failure to do so may result in your being denied admission to Ozarks, or in dismissal if you are admitted.
Conditional Admission
Even if you think you don't meet our admissions criteria, you may be eligible for admission on a conditional basis.
