Transfer Recognition Scholarships

Transfer Recognition Scholarships are awarded to a limited number of students who are officially admitted as full-time students, transferring to the University from any accredited college. Award amounts range from $4,000 - $8,000 per year. Priority deadline for application is March 1.

Conditions for Renewal of Transfer Recognition Scholarships:  Award is granted for a maximum of seven semesters. Must achieve a cumulative GPA of no less than 3.00 by the end of each academic year for renewal of a $4,000 scholarship. Must achieve a cumulative GPA of no less than 3.50 by the end of each academic year for renewal of a $6,000 scholarship. The Phi Theta Kappa Junior College Honor Society Scholarship of $8,000 is not stackable with other scholarships.

High School GPA and test scores will be considered for students who have completed less than 16 college hours.
