Meal Plans
For students living on campus, Ozarks Dining Services offers a choice of four meal plans. Your eligibility for the different plans is determined by your classification (freshman, sophomore, etc.) and by where you live (residence hall vs. apartments). Each meal plan consists of a weekly meal allowance, and a declining cash balance.
The weekly meal allowance provides you with all-you-care-to-eat in the residential resturant at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Under each plan, you receive a set number of meals per week; one meal is subtracted from your weekly meal allowance each time you eat in the residential resturant.
The declining cash balance can be used to supplement your weekly meal allowance, and can be used at either the residential resturant or at the Eagle's Nest Café. Your declining cash balance works like a debit card: each time you make a purchase, the total is subtracted from the balance in your account. You can upsize your meal plan by adding money to your declining cash balance.
For students living in the residence halls, three are three meal plans to choose from. These plans cost $1,550 per semester ($3,100 per year):
- 19 meals per week with a $50 declining cash balance
- 15 meals per week with a $90 declining cash balance
- 10 meals per week with a $150 declining cash balance*
For students living in the campus apartments, there is one meal plan available. This plan costs $1,310 per semester ($2,620 per year):
- 7 meals per week with $130 declining cash balance.
