Student Government Organizations

Student Government Association (SGA): SGA is the student leadership organization that acts as the formal interface between campus administration and the student body. Although all students on campus are considered to be members of SGA, "senators at large" are elected by the students to represent them to the campus administration and at SGA meetings. SGA is composed of several committees which have specific functions such as reporting student opinions and concerns to the universty Board of Trustees, allocating money to student organizations, and hearing student appeals to disciplinary matters.
