What to Bring to College

To avoid duplication, you may wish to check with your roommate before bringing these items.

These items are furnished by Ozarks:

• Twin Bed & Chest of Drawers (mattress size 78” or by request 82”)
• Bookcase, Desk & Desk Chair
• Mirror
• Mini Blinds
• Air-Conditioning & Heating
• Basic Cable, Internet Access & Local Phone
• Laundry rooms: 75-cent wash, 50-cent dry

You'll need to bring these items:

• Bed Linens: Pillow, Pillowcases, Blanket(s), Bedspread/Comforter, Mattress Pad
• Towels & Washcloths
• Bathroom Bucket (to carry items to the shower)
• Shower Shoes
• Curtains
• Clothes Hangers
• Non-nail Hanging Devices (King & Smith)
• Desk Supplies: Pens, Stapler, Sharpener, etc.
• Cleaning Supplies: broom, paper towels, multi-purpose cleaner, etc.
• Wastebasket
• Laundry Supplies (several rolls of quarters)
• Alarm Clock, Radio/Tape Player/CD Player
• Rain Gear, First Aid Kit, Sewing Kit
• Phone, Television, VCR and/or DVD
• Small Microwave Oven
• Personal Computer
• Refrigerator (No larger than 4.9 cubic ft.)
• Area/Room Rug (King is 12'3" x 14'6", Smith is 12'6" x 14'6" & MacLean is carpeted on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors. All Apartment rooms are carpeted.)

Do NOT bring these items:

• Water Beds
• Appliances not mentioned above
• Pets (Only fish in 10 gallon tank or less)
• Hot Plates
• Popcorn Popper
• Toaster Oven
• Weapons of any kind
